Luck has got to be on the young German’s side this season. Red Bull’s Sebastien Vettel won his fifth race out of six races in the recently-concluded Moncao Grand Prix. Vettel drove a great race but the real turning point was a safety car period that allowed him to pip Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso (2nd) and McLaren’s Jenson Button (3rd, led the race at one point) for another victory.

Vettel’s Red Bull teammate, Mark Webber, managed to finish fourth. Sauber’s Kamui Kobayashi managed a fifth place finish. Former wonder boy and McLaren pilot Lewis Hamilton managed a sixth place finish.

Hamilton will surely be news for the next few days after getting in trouble with stewards and criticizing them and implying racism. Hamilton got slapped with two penalties thanks to separate collisions with Ferrari’s Felipe Massa and William’s Pastor Moldonado.
